Spoke directly with Nate after a hail storm caused damage throughout town. Provided a date to come inspect damage and provided an estimate with 24 hours of inspection. Informed me upfront about how long it would take due to amount of work, kept in contact and eventually completed the work (Skylight replacement, vent replacement and roof replacement) months before initial estimated time frame. Clean up was excellent and they returned a short time later to insure the gutters were clean. Professional, communicative, thorough, well priced and great workmanship.
